Patz - V500 & 4000 Mixers

The Model 4000 three-auger, open-top mixer produces well-blended mixes in minimum time.

Patz 4000 mixers come in various sizes: 205, 305, and 380 cubic feet (5.7, 8.5, and 10.6 m³) match many operations, making the Model 4000 a great choice for starting a Total Mixed Ration (TMR) program or for a replacement machine.

Optional side extensions for sides and ends of mixer are available to provide struck-level capacities of 232, 343, and 428 cubic feet (6.5, 9.6, and 12 m³).

Digi-Star EZ 3500 Feed Management System

The EZ 3500 indicator, featuring “The Key” technology, integrates Digi-Star’s feed management software, your one-source solution in feed management.

The DataKey® is a removable memory device that inserts into a slot on the bottom of the EZ 3500 indicator. With the “Quick Start”TM feature - simply insert and turn the DataKey® at the start of the feeding to load data into the EZ 3500. Load and feed as normal, then insert and turn the DataKey® at the end of feeding to send completed data back to the DataKey®. The docking station interfaces the DataKey® to your PC.
